TNXL Performance

Progress you can measure. Every plan starts with testing, and every plan gets checked against new data.

The training model

Evaluate. Design. Train. Track. Alter.

No two athletes get the same program. Each one moves through the same five-step cycle.

  1. 01

    Evaluate

Intake testing sets a baseline for movement, strength, power and baseball skill, alongside a coach's evaluation on the field and in the lab.

  2. 02

    Design

Coaches read the results, choose the priorities that matter most for that athlete, and build an individual plan around them.

  3. 03

    Train

Daily, coached work in the weight room, in the cage and on the field, aimed at those priorities.

  4. 04

    Track

Force plates, swing sensors, ball tracking and video log the work to each athlete's profile, with formal retests on schedule.

  5. 05

    Alter

The data shows what changed. The plan is refined from it, and then the loop starts again.

TNXL Performance app

Progress in one place.

Built by TNXL: each athlete's daily program, an ATHLETE score, a Hitting score, pitch data and tracking, test-by-test progress and score trends over time.

Screens shown from a demo account. Some benchmarks in the app are still marked provisional.

Technology

The toolkit.

Sports Attack Elite eHack Attack pitching machine with its touchscreen in a TNXL batting cage

New · Elite eHack Attack

Live at-bats, every day.

Our Sports Attack Elite eHack Attack lets us program pitch sequences that come as close to a live at-bat as possible without a real pitcher. We build custom sequences that match youth, high school and pro-level pitch metrics, so players can work through dozens of realistic at-bats every day.

  • 01Real pitch mix. Fastball, change-up, split-finger, and curveballs and sliders from either side, at 100+ MPH top speed.
  • 02Programmable sequences. Up to 50 pitches per sequence, set by speed, spin and location on a 10-inch touchscreen, run in order or shuffled.
